Description
his data cable is designed specifically for the StarFire 1024 series printheads, providing a high-speed, reliable connection between the printhead and the drive/control board. Featuring a 60-pin connector standard, and custom lengths (e.g., 65 cm) to suit various machine configurations. It utilizes a heavy-shielded design and flexible, durable insulation to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity under high-speed industrial ink-jet conditions. Suitable for single-color or multi-color wide-format systems across ceramics, glass, packaging and other demanding applications.
Installation & Usage Tips:
•Ensure the connector fits securely into both the printhead and the drive/control board interfaces.
•Avoid sharp bends, kinks or pressure on the cable to prolong service life.
